1. The Free Mockup Policy

Klave Studio proudly offers a complimentary, no-obligation single-page homepage mockup to verify our design alignment. This unpurchased graphic mockup remains the absolute intellectual property of Klave Studio until a formal project agreement is signed and final payment is remitted. We explicitly reserve the right to decline mockup requests at our sole aesthetic discretion.

2. Iteration & Delivery Timelines

Our advertised "10-day delivery" structurally applies to standard 5-page tiered business websites definitively beginning after all finalized copy, brand assets, and the upfront commencement deposit have been securely received. Highly complex integrations, scope bloat, or delayed client feedback may naturally stretch this timeline.

3. Payment & Fixed Pricing

We operate on a 100% strict fixed-pricing architectural model. The concrete quote provided subsequent to the mockup phase represents the absolute final price, under the strict assumption that the project scope remains firmly unchanged. Standard structural payments are mathematically divided into a 50% non-refundable frontend commencement deposit, and a subsequent 50% backend final launch release transfer.

4. Global Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Klave Studio be held remotely liable for any unforeseen lost profits, systemic data erosion, or commercial business interruptions arising directly or indirectly from the use, launch, or inability to interface with the delivered products, overarching plugins, or independent third-party hosting systems rendering the environment.
